Interview Smarter. With AI by Your Side.

Start by adding the role and job description you are preparing for. MockTalkAI can help you break down role requirements, identify likely interview topics, and practice with tailored questions or an AI mock interview. During preparation, use answer guidance to organize your own examples; afterward, review feedback and focus your next practice session on the areas that need work. AI suggestions are a starting point, so check them against your real experience and the expectations of the role.

MockTalkAI is provided as a desktop app, with downloads for Mac and Windows available from this page. It is designed to assist with online interviews across common meeting and interview platforms, including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Skype. Feature availability can vary by operating system, app version, permissions, and meeting setup. Check the download page or in-app guidance for current system requirements, and test your audio and permissions before an interview.

The mock interview uses your target role and preparation materials to guide a practice session with relevant questions. Answer in your own words, as you would in a real interview. When the session is complete, review the analysis and question-by-question feedback to see where your examples were clear, where important details were missing, and what you could improve in another round. Generated questions and feedback may not match every interviewer, so use them to practice rather than as guaranteed predictions.

MockTalkAI processes information needed to provide the features you choose, which may include account details, resumes and job descriptions, practice answers, and—when you enable related features—audio, transcripts, or screenshots you submit. Content sent to an AI or speech-recognition provider is used to return the requested result and is handled under that provider’s terms and privacy practices. The service does not sell personal information. Retention depends on the information and feature; you can request access, correction, or deletion through the support channel available in your account or at checkout. Read the Privacy Policy before submitting sensitive or third-party information.

The workflow covers preparation before, during, and after an interview. Beforehand, review the role and job description, identify relevant experience, and practice likely questions. During a session, use available real-time answer guidance, question search, or screenshot analysis when appropriate. Afterward, review the full-session and question-by-question analysis, then use the improvement suggestions to plan what to practice next. Available tools depend on your app version, permissions, and setup.

The matching feature compares the resume content you provide with the job description, including relevant skills, experience, projects, and stated role requirements. It can summarize areas of alignment and possible gaps to help you choose examples and prepare follow-up questions. The result is AI-generated and may miss context or misread details; review the comparison yourself, correct errors, and do not treat a match score or summary as a hiring decision.

For product or account questions, use the support channel shown in your MockTalkAI account or at checkout, when available. Include a short description of the issue, the feature you were using, and your operating system and app version. Avoid sending passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary resume, interview, and personal data. For privacy requests, use the same support channel and specify whether you are requesting access, correction, or deletion.
