Terms of Service
MockTalkAI operates the MockTalkAI service. These terms apply when you access or use MockTalkAI's AI interview preparation, practice, and related services.

1. Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service in accordance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
2. Service scope
MockTalkAI provides interview preparation and practice tools, including role research, practice questions, answer-structure guidance, AI mock interviews, and session review. Where available and enabled by the user, some features can transcribe interview audio, analyze user-selected screen captures, and provide contextual AI assistance in real time. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of MockTalkAI, including any real-time or screen-based assistance, is permitted by the employer, interviewer, assessment provider, platform, institution, and applicable rules. MockTalkAI must not be used to impersonate another person, misrepresent qualifications or experience, commit fraud, violate applicable law, or obtain outside assistance where that assistance is prohibited.
AI-generated material may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review it, use your own judgment, and base interview answers on your actual experience. MockTalkAI does not guarantee an interview invitation, offer, score, or other outcome.
3. User content
You retain rights to content you submit. You authorize MockTalkAI and its service providers to process that content only as needed to provide requested features, maintain the service, protect users, and meet legal obligations. Do not submit content you do not have permission to use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not disrupt or attempt to compromise the service, misuse another person's account, submit unlawful content, or use the service to violate the rules of an employer, interviewer, school, or assessment provider.
AI Content Restrictions and Prohibited Use
MockTalkAI is intended for professional interview preparation, career development, and educational purposes.
Users must not use our Services, including any AI-powered text, voice, or other content-generation features, to generate, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate:
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content.
- Sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, or sexual content involving minors.
- Non-consensual intimate or sexually explicit content.
- Illegal, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
MockTalkAI does not offer adult entertainment, pornographic content generation, or sexually oriented AI interactions.
We may reject prohibited requests, restrict access to violating content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions, subject to applicable law and our policies.
5. Purchases and refunds
When purchases are available, current interview time packages are one-time purchases for the listed minutes; no automatic renewal is configured. The price, currency, included time, and any applicable offer are shown before an order is placed. Any future subscription or recurring-renewal terms will be disclosed before purchase. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. Where Creem is used for checkout, payment is processed by Creem as the Merchant of Record.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided subject to applicable law. Availability and AI outputs may vary. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.
7. Changes and termination
MockTalkAI may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be published here. You may stop using the service at any time; account closure and data requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.
