Privacy Policy

MockTalkAI operates the MockTalkAI service. This policy describes how information is handled when you use MockTalkAI's interview preparation, AI practice, account, and related services.

By using the service, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, do not submit personal information or use the service.

1. Information we process

Depending on the features you use, MockTalkAI may process account and contact details; resumes, job descriptions, and preparation materials; microphone and system audio, screen captures you choose to submit, and related speech transcripts or analysis; practice questions, answers, and review data; order and entitlement records; and technical, usage, and security logs.

2. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide interview preparation and practice features, generate requested feedback, manage purchases and access, maintain security, troubleshoot service issues, and meet legal obligations.

3. AI processing

When you request an AI feature, relevant text, audio, transcript, or screenshot content may be sent to the AI or speech-recognition provider configured for that feature so it can return the requested result. Third-party providers process information under their own service terms and privacy practices. Do not submit content you are not authorized to share.

4. Service providers and disclosure

MockTalkAI may share the minimum information needed with service providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, AI processing, analytics, communications, or payment processing. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect users and the service. MockTalkAI does not sell personal information.

5. Storage and retention

Information is stored on infrastructure used to operate the service. Retention depends on the information type, feature, account status, security needs, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the support channel available in your account or at checkout; some records may be retained where required by law or needed to resolve disputes and protect the service.

6. Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or withdraw consent for optional processing. Some features may not work if required information or permissions are unavailable.

8. Children

MockTalkAI is not intended for children who are not legally permitted to use the service in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support using the channel available in your account.

9. Policy changes

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.

10. Contact

For privacy requests or questions, use the support channel made available in your account or at checkout, if one is provided.
